Panel Connections
Complete OTP and CAPTCHA in the login window.
Saved sessions are protected by your Windows account. Renewal starts disabled until tested.
Bank Management
Maintain approved accounts. Removing an account takes it off the selected list and preserves its history.
New accounts start active. Accounts become inactive after seven days without observed use. Never Been Used includes accounts with no observed withdrawal. Status applies across both lists. Saved reports retain their previous checks; changes apply when checks are collected again.

Amounts in IDR. Transfer Amount is the signed net of Transfer In and Transfer Out; positive is money received, negative is money sent. Remarks list sender/receiver projects. Transfers are shown separately from deposit and withdrawal comparisons. Source deposits include the 1% deduction. Withdrawal differences compare the source panel with QH API only; Backoffice withdrawals are split into QH Depo / WD for the Bank list, QH Tampung for the Tampung list, and Unclassified for unmatched accounts. Inactive accounts keep their category and trigger warnings. QH withdrawals exclude Refund transactions. QH Refund combines API and Backoffice refunds. Totals sum each column for the selected projects; missing amounts are excluded and marked. Differences appear below QH: red when QH is below the source, black when above, muted when equal. Highlighted cells exceed your tolerance. CSV keeps separate Differences columns.

Superadmins manage everything. Admins pull reports and start investigations. Staff view reports and investigations.
